Leaving Feedback for a business
If you have engaged with one of the businesses on our directory it would be really great if you could leave feedback about them. It is important for a business to receive feedback to help them to continuously improve their services & products, to measure customer satisfaction which helps them to fine tune their processes and make sure they are providing you with the best customer service possible. If you have received a great service be sure to tell them about it. It can really make a huge difference to a business owner to hear you are happy!
Also, recommendations can help a business grow, people will read reviews and feedback when making a purchasing decision so you can help both the business and other potential buyers know how you found your experience with the business.
So, after using a listed business, please remember to leave feedback about your experience below. In order to leave feedback you will be asked for your contact details. These will not appear on the website and will not be disclosed to the business without your permission, however, a member of The Family Network may contact you to check that your feedback is legitimate.
If you are unhappy with your experience we recommend that you contact the business and discuss the issues you encountered. Or you can leave a complaint here and we will pass your comments onto the business.
Whilst we are happy to receive feedback about members of the Directory we are unable to publish feedback that is of a personal or defamatory nature.
Once feedback is checked, it is added to the businesses page of the website and will remain there for 12 months. This is then available for other customers to read and may help them to choose a business.
